I'm just preparing your eBook. It'll be just a minute...
(progress update at bottom of page)
Wait! Let me tell you about something that can really help with imposter syndrome....
I read so many free ebooks. So many guides. I downloaded book after book. I ended up with a whole host of expensive doorstops.
Some things helped a little, then they wore off. I felt like I was going around in circles....
Until I learned some amazing truths...
Are you also exhausted with battling imposter syndrome?
Does everyone else seem to have it figured out?

My name is Katie, I'm originally a vet, and now a mindset coach, content creator, and keynote speaker.
Six years ago, I felt like I was outright deceiving everyone with all those letters after my name. No number of good case outcomes, accolades, awards, or gifts of thanks could change that for me. I remedied this initially by staying at work longer hours, creating an armoury of qualifications, and being a dab hand at "I'll be happy when...".
That was unsustainable. I ended up anxious, persistently worried, and seeking therapy. This got me out of a hole, but it didn't give me me.
Over the next six years, I learned and trained in techniques that were simple, extremely effective, and could be used on a daily basis to not only gain confidence, self-value and a sense of achievement but to know exactly how to face imposter syndrome. This included training in CBT, becoming a BC trainer and being mentored by one of Bob Proctor's top consultants.
I now coach and mentor many high achieving vets and professionals to see their own true value, learn how to deal with that negative critic and move forward confidently.
But... coaching isn't available to everyone. My 1:1 slots are now booked up for the next 3months.
I've created a self-guided online programme, guiding you through a 6-week online programme to understand imposter syndrome on the level of identity and create a toolkit for you.
Are you a good fit for this?
This is especially for those who are:
Open to trying something new for Imposter Syndrome, which has previously had amazing results across a wide variety of people.
Looking for fulfillment in their work
Keen to learn more about separating from the internal negative committee
You follow me on social media and resonate with my messages.
Would love to have more confidence, happiness, and fun in life.
Looking to improve their relationships with others.
Wondering how to tap into feeling 10/10
Willing to be wrong about who they think they are.
Aren't quite ready to take the leap into coaching, and want something to give them a solid foundation that is self-guided.
My passion is to help people that are experiencing Imposter Syndrome and self-doubt. I love seeing my clients grow in confidence, and discover who they really are. However I would never do anyone the disservice of selling a service when it was not the right time for them. I provide hundreds of free resources online, and this course is for those people in the right place to take the next step.
I'm not a medical mental health professional, I'm a mindset coach, this course is no replacement for medical therapies. There are so many awesome resources from both the NHS and Vetlife for those with unstable mental health concerns, or that this is having a critical negative impact on their lives. You have my full support, I have been there myself, and maybe we might meet further down the line!
If you want to work 1:1 instead of group work, I still offering ongoing individual coaching!
What didn't work?
"PUT IT IN A BOX"
I heard numerous times, just focus on the facts and but your thoughts in a box. Which worked for a while, until that pesky negative inner critic got its way out of the box, shouting a proverbial "a-ha!" on the way out.
"Set some bigger goals"
I obtained my goals of being a vet, gaining a certificate, becoming the senior clinician. I still didn't feel enough. Someone was still about to find me out.
Maybe I just needed to do something BIG to squash the inner critic.
"Feel the fear and do it anyway!"
I set bigger goals and when I didn't achieve them straight away, it became a self-fulfilling prophecy.
I read more books than hot dinners. There always seemed to be something missing, or whatever I tried just diminished with time.
"stop your limiting beliefs"
Yes, beliefs are super powerful, but I felt like I was playing "Whack-A-Mole" with limiting beliefs.
I'd change one, and then that inner critic would pop up with another.
I didn't know when they'd ever end.
I never knew that real change was just one level up from this.
Let me tell you more
Are you exhausted with battling imposter syndrome?
Does everyone else seem to have it figured out?
Is that inner critic stopping you from confidently moving forwards?
Often, we all feel like we are in a civil war. A civil war between part of you that knows you have worked hard and earned all of your qualifications, vs the part that tells you that it was all a fluke and that you're about to be found out.
This can lead to the following:
Struggling to accept praise and positive feedback.
Discounting your own success.
You may be described as a perfectionist.
You may stay behind at work for hours longer than expected
You are worried about "failing".
You often compare your successes to others.
You focus on what you haven't done, rather than what you have.
You feel like you didn't earn your qualification, or someone will take them from you.
You feel like you are "winging it".
Feeling like you got "lucky" or anyone could have done the same.
Then this can lead to effects such as:
Anxiety and worry.
Lack of self-praise.
Opportunities being passed up on.
Lack of job satisfaction.
Avoidance of new tasks.
Over-working and exhaustion.
Feelings of frustration and isolation.
Continuous concern over "being found out."
Do you feel like you're standing in your own way?
You have a list of things you'd like to do, but feeling like a fraud is slowing you down?
IMAGINE if there was another way?
Let me tell you, there is.
I struggled with imposter syndrome as a veterinary surgeon for many years. Despite certificates, loyal clients and accolades, life felt like a big cover-up. I was left stagnated, worried and unsure how to progress. I just wasn't sure I'd ever be happy.
I tried books, 'positive thinking', mindfulness, goal setting, meditation...but I always felt like something was missing.
As my list of 'techniques' grew, I would wait for them to wear off and look for the next thing.
Until... five years ago I learned a completely different method. A mindset method that not only totally transformed my view on imposter syndrome, but on life in general. I was more confident, kinder to myself and others, and loved my job. I since trained in sharing these methods myself, harnessing our inner potential and stepping past obstacles.
I had been looking in totally the wrong place.
Let me show you the right place to look in how to deal with imposter syndrome, and find the real you. Don't make the same mistakes that I did. (The best part? It gets stronger with time. Five years on, and I testify to this.)
What does the course involve?
We go through imposter syndrome from beginning to end, looking at the power of thought, belief formation, setting yourself up for success, avoiding the comparison trap and how to get to your goals. This is a self-guided workshop, which you can complete in your own time. You can see the full curriculum below. We suggest to look at one module every four to seven days, to allow it to all sink in. We have made the information in bite size snippets, so that it fits in with a busy schedule!

The five different types of imposter syndrome.
Understand and anticipate when imposter syndrome might arise.
Explain what limiting beliefs are, and where they came from.
